▶ Matt Rose and Marc Francois are an in 2012 formed duo consisting of guitars, piano, vocals and harmonicas. Marc Francois has been a well known Brussels musician for many years and is especially well known for his expressive and melodic harmonica playing. He also sings and plays guitar covering a wide range of folk based blues and country music.

Matt Rose is a new edition to the Brussels scene, being originally from England. He sings and plays piano and guitar in a wide variety of styles. Touching on blues, folk and modern songwriters with heartfelt lyrics.

With both of these groovy cats being multi instrumentalists, they complement each other with a wide range of texture, colour and harmony!"

C'est lors des jam-sessions que Matt et Marc se sont rencontrés et qu'ils ont décidé de se lancer dans l'aventure de la complémentarité en formant ce duo. Matt 'n Marc vous amènent dans une promenade musicale à travers des compositions anglo-saxonnes qui, du pop au rock, du blues au jazz, en passant par la folksong et la country...

Marc François is al jaren een gekende Brusselse muzikant, treedt op in cafés en op festivals en is in het bijzonder geliefd voor zijn expressief en melodisch mondharmonicaspel. Marc richtte ook enkele eigen bands op. Hij zingt en speelt op gitaar en ukelele; covers uit bluesgebaseerde folk, jazz en country.

Londenaar Matt Rose is sinds drie jaar een aanwinst voor de Brusselse scene. Hij zingt, speelt gitaar, piano en elektrisch orgel in vele stijlen. Matt animeert ook jamsessions op verschillende plaatsen in Brussel. Rakend aan blues, folk en hedendaagse songwriters met liedteksten uit het hart. Beide ‘groovy cats’ en multi-instrumentalisten vullen elkaar aan in veelheid aan textuur, kleur en harmonie!
